 Help the Aged is a major source of funding for ageing research in the UK.
We spend around £2 million per year on research that aims to improve the quality of life of older people, whether through helping to alleviate the problems of older age, or by providing a better understanding of age-related conditions such as incontinence, osteoarthritis or dementia.
How do we fund research?
Biomedical research is funded in a response mode through Research into Ageing.
